  • Freshly ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon 
  • Cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon 
  • Sea salt, ½ teaspoon 

Directions to Make 
Place the cut vegetables in a juicer jar and process it till they are blended. Add the sea salt. Cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste. You can also add a few drops of stevia, if you want a sweet taste. Transfer the contents to a tall glass and garnish it with a mint sprig. The coolness of cucumber makes this juice an excellent summer drink. 

Carrot and Watercress Juice 

Ingredients Required 

  • Medium-sized carrots, 2 to 3 
  • Watercress, chopped, 1 cup 
  • Roma tomatoes, diced, 2 
  • Spinach, ½ cup 
  • Cilantro, ¼ cup 
  • Freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon 
  • Kosher salt, 1 teaspoon 

Directions to Make 
Wash and peel the carrots and dice them into medium-sized pieces. Chop the remaining vegetables and transfer them to a juicer jar. Process the vegetables at a high speed so that they blend well. Empty the contents to a tall glass, decorate it with a sprig of cilantro and enjoy it as a morning drink. 

Beet and Celery Juice 

Ingredients Required 

  • Beet, cubed, 1 small 
  • Celery stalks, 4 to 5 
  • Spinach, coarsely chopped, 1 cup 
  • 1 bunch of cilantro 
  • Sea salt, 1 teaspoon 

Directions to Make 
Blend all the ingredients in a juicer and pour out the contents in a glass. Add a dash of lemon for that tangy taste. This juice acts as a great cleanser and helps the body get rid of toxins and other waste. 

Apple and Spinach Juice 

Ingredients Required 

  • Medium-sized apples, cored and cubed, 2 to 3 
  • Spinach, coarsely chopped, 2 cups 
  • Juice of half a lemon 
  • Carrot greens or red lettuce leaves, ½ cup 
  • Cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon 
  • Kosher salt, 1 teaspoon 

Directions to Make 
Core the apples and cube them into pieces. Place all the ingredients in the juicer and after they are combined, add a few drops of lemon juice before you enjoy this refreshing and healthy drink. 

Grapefruit and Yellow Pepper Juice 

Ingredients Required 

  • Large carrots, 3 
  • Grapefruit, 1 
  • Yellow pepper, 1 
  • Kiwi, 1 small 
  • Fresh ginger, peeled, ½ inch 
  • Beet, 1 small 
  • Stevia, 5 to 7 drops 

Directions to Make 
Cut the vegetables and fruits and place them in the jar. Juice them for about 5 to 10 minutes to blend them thoroughly. Enjoy this healthy weight loss juice after adding a few drops of stevia for a mildly sweet taste.
